🌿 As an eco-conscious person, I can't deny it : each new garment is a potential waste. So, how can we be more responsible with fashion?
Pre-order (+ made to measure) makes it almost certain that 100% of the clothes will be worn! Out of all my commitments this is the one that reduces my ecological footprint the most 🤯
I answer all your questions!
How long does it take?
Order before the 9th of each month = delivery by the end of the month !
It's the necessary time to :
- create your made to measure pattern
- give it to my workshop for a super local production
- and send it!
You'll find the countdown to the deadline on each product page.
If you're lucky, you arrive at the right moment, if not, don't worry, it goes quickly 😉
Some products (the BEST) are available non stop, all year long, with 2 weeks delivery time!
Why do we have to take our measurements ourselves?
Every body is different: two people wearing a size 42 don't necessarily have the same morphology! ASSIAKARA's concept is to help you see what a garment that truly fits your body can do to you.
Unfortunately, I can't ring at every doorstep to measure you! So I trust you: you are capable of taking your own measurements !
How do I send my measurement?
Easy : once you complete your order, you receive an automatic e-mail with a form to fill. Follow the instructions and within a few minutes, you're done!
I have a doubt about a measurement!
You're not the only one! Taking our own measurements is not something we're used to so it can be scary.
Rest assured : you'll find all tutorials to make it easier! And if after watching that you still have a doubt, feel free to reach out to me and we can discuss it, or even have a visio conference appointment!
Finally, you receive and e-mail with a simulation of your garment on an avatar that fits your measurements. At that moment, if you realise there's a problem, you have 24hrs to say STOOOOOP and we'll deal with the issue together!
What if my garment doesn't fit?
No stress, I did everything so it doesn't happen! Thanks to 3D fitting, I send you and image of your 3D avatar wearing your clothes. It gives you an idea of how it falls, of the style, and the result on you body. It's also the time to ask for small adjustments.
On my end, if I identify big incoherence in your measurements, I'll reach out to you to ask you to verify.
